Hello, if this happens, please check whether the access control power supply is normal, whether the power indicator of the access controller is always on, and whether the running light is flashing. Check if the OK light is always on, normally, the OK light is not on, and it can only be lit when you swipe the card to open the door. The OK light is always on, indicating that the lock is set to the normally open state, after a long press for 5 seconds, the lock is closed. If the above problems are eliminated, please contact the corresponding salesperson and send it back to the manufacturer for repair.
