In order to strengthen the effective management of the urban floating population and ensure the safety of citizens, Shenzhen Mobile cooperated with Nanshan District Public Security Bureau to create a video access control system, by placing public security monitoring and smart access control card readers downstairs, the access security amulet was handed over to the citizens hands.

It is reported that the system includes a complete set of access control system and a complete set of video surveillance system, and the construction of 4 information collection points, the collected data includes residential house information, card issuance registration information, personnel entry and exit records, etc, when a security accident occurs, work personnel can use the system to record information to carry out personnel tracking and efficiently assist the police in their work.

At present, the system has covered more than 50 residential buildings in Nanshan District, building a solid safety gate for residents in the area. In the follow-up, Shenzhen Mobile will mobilize multiple forces to carry out technological exploration, and gradually weave a video access control network that extends to the streets and urban areas in the village.
