Hello! Thanks for using our company's products! After you open our 3500 software, click "Alarm Function Settings" under the "Access Control Information" menu bar, and select "Door Sensor Alarm Settings". In the "Door List" of the pop-up box, select the door that needs to be set with the door sensor alarm, and then select "Enable" in the lower left corner of the pop-up box. Finally, click "Save and upload".
